The apartments are on the third and fourth levels of Center Ithaca with elevator service. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on the third floor. All apartments have hookups for cable and telephone service. You are fully protected by smoke detectors and water sprinklers.
Each apartment has its own air-conditioning and heating unit. They are total electric: Average monthly utility costs range from $40.00 to $75.00, depending on the apartment style and the tenant's needs. Tenants pay their own utilities.
Center Ithaca is comeplete with food, shopping and entertainment. Under the skylight atrium is an international food court with Indian, Mexican, Middle Eastern and American fare. You will also find a hair salon and retail shops, with everything from music, art, books and gifts to outdoor apparel -- plus twin movie theaters and a fitness center!

RENTAL TERMS:
We offer a one-year lease. A security deposit in the amount equal to one month’s rent and last month’s rent is required. A monthly fee of $5.00 is charged for trash/recycling fees per apartment (to be paid in full at the time of signing the Lease Agreement, for the term of the lease).

PETS AND SMOKING POLICIES:
No pets are allowed in the Center Ithaca Building, except those used by seeing or hearing impaired individuals. Smoking is not allowed in the common areas of the building.
*Furnished apartments are an additional $50. for one bedroom and $75.00 for a two bedroom per month.

MISC:
Tenant may sublet his apartment with permission of Landlord.
Center Ithaca is also convenient to the bus line.
Tenants are given keys for access to the top and ground levels, their apartment, and their mailbox.
