PARKING-
On a Campus where parking is expensive, complex, and troublesome
at best, Ravenwood has assigned parking for only $400.00 for the
entire year (some Cornell properties cost $200 per MONTH!). Assigned
Parking allows you to ticket and tow any cars that may be illegally
parked in you spot.
With
6 full size washers and 6 full size dryers, our modern on-site
coin-op laundry is never full. Along with our staff of full time
maintenance personnel, 24 hour emergency answering service is
available to our residents for any maintenance emergencies. During
winter months we shovel the property walkways and stairs and provide
snow plowing to our two parking lots.
